My mom has suffered with IBS for many, many years...trying diet changes has been a challenge for her. I will send this link to your blog. So much inspiration here. I'm a vegetarian, and have just started a food blog as an off-short from my main blog. I look forward to visiting here again. This curry beautiful...chicken for my hubby, tofu for me ;o) Happy Days!

  5. awesome Tracy! I understand how so many people have trouble altering their diets. For me, I am very goal oriented so I was able to set a diet goal and easily stick to it. Once I found that I was feeling so much better I really have had no urge to "cheat" or self sabotage.
    Hope you enjoy the curry!
